The premises are located on Lower main reef road Wychwood, The M2 and N3 highways are in close proximity.
The park runs in a giant circle and some units were home to a logistics company which has since consolidated into a bigger premises, there is plenty of parking and space for trucks to offload goods and receive goods. The park is well maintained with security access and a guard at the entrance. The premises has electric fencing. Majority of the park is full and there are only three units left. Water, electricity and sewerage is charged per consumption. The premises does have access to generators.
